Question 1

What kind of deals does Embarc offer?

Accepted Answer

We offer daily specials, first-time customer discounts, loyalty rewards, bundle deals, and holiday promotions throughout the year. Our deals span every category—flower, vapes, edibles, concentrates, pre-rolls, and more. Our goal is to help you discover new brands and find products that are right for you.

Question 2

How often do your dispensary deals change?

Accepted Answer

We do deals differently. Our daily deals run on a consistent schedule—same day, same savings—so you always know what to expect when you walk in. We keep these deals steady for months at a time, giving you a chance to really get to know a brand and find your favorites without rushing. On top of that, we layer in special promotions like First Fridays, Passport Day for loyalty members, and more. Consistency you can count on, with surprises worth showing up for.

Question 3

Are deals the same at every Embarc location?

Accepted Answer

Our daily deals are the same at every location, though selection may vary. We do our best to keep things consistent so you can pop into any Embarc across the state and know your favorites are there. That said, some stores carry local selections specific to the region. Check the menu or give us a call if you have questions.

Question 4

What's the Getaway Bag I keep hearing about?

Accepted Answer

That's our weekly Friday drop. Every week we release a limited-edition tote bag filled with products worth up to $120—yours for just $60. Want to go bigger? Our First Class Upgrade bags run a little more for a little more. These sell out fast and quantities are super limited, so show up early. In-store only. Learn more at goembarc.com/getaway-bag

Question 5

Can I stack deals with my Passport Club points?

Accepted Answer

Yes. We designed Passport Club to work with deals, not against them. Use your points, catch a special, and walk out ahead. There's no choosing between loyalty perks and current promotions—you get both.

Question 6

How do I sign up for Passport Club?

Accepted Answer

Three ways: sign up right here online, download the Embarc app, or ask your Guide to enroll you at checkout. It takes under a minute, it's free, and you start earning immediately. Check out our Points Menu to see everything you can redeem—from discounts to top products, experiences, and merch.

Question 7

Do I really get 5% back on every purchase?

Accepted Answer

Yes. As a Passport Club member, you earn 5% back in points on every purchase—that's 1 point for every $1 spent. Redeem your points for discounts at checkout or use them on our Points Menu for access to top products, exclusive experiences, merch, and more.

Question 8

When are the best times to shop for deals?

Accepted Answer

Every day. Outside of daily deals, we run additional promotions including new product launches, bundles, First Friday, Passport Day and more. Industry-wide events like 4/20, 7/10, and Green Week bring extra savings, and we run specials for most major holidays—plus a few you wouldn't expect. The real move is joining Passport Club so you never miss a drop.

Question 9

Do you have online-only deals?

Accepted Answer

Sometimes. We run digital-exclusive promos for customers who order ahead through our website. Worth checking before you head in—you might catch something that's not on the in-store board. Plus, ordering online means you can skip the line or use curbside pickup at select locations.

Question 10

I'm new to cannabis. Can I still take advantage of deals?

Accepted Answer

Absolutely—that's exactly what deals are for. Lower prices mean you can explore and discover the right high for you. Our Guides are trained to ask the right questions and match you with products based on what you're looking for, not just what's on sale. Feeling overwhelmed by choices? Just say so. We'll narrow it down together.

Question 11

What if I buy something on sale and don't like it?

Accepted Answer

We want to hear about it. While cannabis sales are final by law, your feedback helps us recommend better next time—and in some cases, we can work with you to make it right. Your satisfaction matters more than a single transaction. Talk to your Guide or reach out to our team.

Question 12

Where can I find Embarc dispensary deals near me?

Accepted Answer

We have 16 locations across California. Find your nearest store at goembarc.com/locations and check local menus for today's deals. Same quality, same savings, wherever you are.

Question 13

What do I need to buy cannabis in California?

Accepted Answer

For recreational purchases, you need to be 21+ with a valid ID. Medical patients can purchase at 18+ with a valid medical recommendation. Daily limits are up to one ounce of flower or eight grams of concentrate. Questions? That's what we're here for.

Question 14

Why are Embarc's deals different from other dispensaries?

Accepted Answer

We don't do bait-and-switch, and we don't use "deals" as code for products we're trying to clear out. Our specials feature products our team actually recommends—quality we stand behind at prices that make sense. And unlike dispensaries that compete purely on price, we pair deals with real guidance. Saving money is great. Knowing you bought the right thing? Even better.

Question 15

Can I return or exchange product?

Accepted Answer

Yes, with proof of purchase and original packaging.

Question 16

Do you offer refunds?

Accepted Answer

Yes, for defective product or product purchased by mistake. Proof of purchase and original packaging required.
